I have high /bad cholesterol and doctor has recommended Zivast 10mg for 3 months. Is it advisable at this age ? Is it harmful or some side effects. It would be great if you could assist in my query

What natural ingredients should I include in my daily diet which will help me control my high cholesterol. My lipid profile is quiet bad and I am taking zivast 10 mg currently. Exercise has started and controlling my diet as well.

After having Zivast 10mg for 3 months, My ldl has not dipped .. though triglycerides have reduced a lot , but there has been a dip in hdl as well .. Hii Doc, My Age is 34 years.I don't have any other health related issues. My cholesterol levels have been increasing continuously for past 2 years.. My current reports are as below Cholestrol - 259 Triglycerides - 142 HDL cholesterol - 42 Non Hdl cholesterol - 217 LDL Cholesterol - 187 Lipoprotein - 46.1 My doctor has suggested me to take Zivast 10 for 2 months along with necessary life style changes. Kindly suggest what would be the best solution?
