Recently Answered Questions on Vominorm

I have been diagonised for typhoid four Days back widal s typhi H 1/320. I was prescribed ciprofloxcin and tradamol+paracetamol. Fever is not their now but since morning I’m vomiting. Doc prescribed metoclopramide (vominorm) tab. It gave some relief but again after drinking water vomit restarted Please advise what can be done. Today I test the blood the result was showing widal s typhi H 1/40. I’m in Africa with very least medical facility please suggest solution
