I have just chk my diabetic level it 242 inspite of taking tablets vogli 0.3 twice a day but no low levels it has increased from 180 to 242.. Please help as I m really confused wat to do to control the levels.

Taking insulin 3 ,eglucent 8 unit  times and vogli 0.3 mg 3 times And before breakfast sugar level is on 170 to 200 range.instead of insulin injections tablet can be recommended and which one ?

My both knee joints and hoo joint including back hurts a lot while prolonged  standing or walking for 1/2-1 hours. Previously did bone density test (1yeqr back),report says I had ostopinea -2.5/-3 degree range. I am diabetic and having hypothyroidism also. The Recent HBA 1C is around 7. Taking 50mg throxin Janumet50/500 twice a day Earlier was taking voglibose .0.3 mg twice a days from last one month changed vogli and taking Reclidexr 60mg ones in the morning. Along with these all taking few calcuium daily basic and weekly basic. Is it due to change of voglibose to Reclide xR/Amyrl 0.5 mg? Can any concern doctor suggest me something useful? Best regards.

IF a 52 year old male, known diabetic type 2, htn from past 4-5 years is maintain his blood glucose levels with vogli gm1(methformin) bd, then does he needs to change medicine or start taking zita met plus od or continue with previous medication? Also he had high uric acid levels few months back, took medicines and is ok now. Also he experienced swelling in feet both in past which was corrected with medicine... Swelling comes back incase of exertion and is due to varicose veins

His blood pressure is coming very high from past 2 months and creatinine is also 1.43. Hba1c is 8. He has Swelling also in his legs. We saw one nephrologist and he prescribed medicines like depin retard, moxovas , prazopress XL, Telma 40 mg for BP. And for diabetes jardiance , eurepa mf2 ,vogli star , zomelis met. So what we can do to lower down his blood pressure & diabetes. Because one doctor said that he will end up with his dialysis, so I m very scared for my father. His BP is coming high from so many days. In his blood tests of urine glucose has also been detected. Esr is 34 and he is having swelling on his left eye also. Thyroid is also there.

My wife(55yrs) is a chronic diabetic and high BP patient.Her FBS 116 PP 185BP123/81 Pulse 85at present.Dr. has prescribed-(a)Azulix2MF (BD), (b)Tenali20(OD),(c) Vogli Tab MD 0. 3(OD) (after 1st bite of food)(d) Olmy D20 (OD),(e)PrenuraNT (OD) when BP was 150/70. I think the blood pressure is ideal now(?) Can I stop the Olmy D20 until it rises?I want your advice.Iconsulted a doctor who suggested me to continue the BP medicine as it is to be taken through out life.The leaflet in the digital BP monitor instructs not to continue the BP medicine. Your opinion will be highly solicited.
