My doctor prescribed vomitron tablet in place of folic acid. he is saying this tablet contains salt of folic acid. please suggest. i am taking fol-xt previously.

I am 8 weeks pregnant, please suggest if any test need to be done?. I have history of recurrent misscarriage, All my tests before pregnancy were normal. I m taking weekly injections 5000 In from last 2 weeks, medicine I'm taking are ecosprin, vitafol, doxinate and vomitron daily. I had 1 ultrasound at 6 weeks 7 days and could hear cardiac activity. When should I go for next ultrasound? When should I stop taking these injections? Any tests need to be now? Please suggest
