Is it safe to take vomikind md4 (ondasetron) in first trimister if suffering from nausea all the time??

My daughter(3 years)taken 15 to 20ml vomikind syrup swallowed.can you please suggest side effects.any alternative for this.

Hello, I am 6th week pregnant and I have severe nausea and vomtings. What ever i eat i get vomiting. Doctor suggested wearing zofer for 5 days but it is not reduced after that. I wore vomikind as my condition was bad with vomtings. Can I wear it if i get vomtings.

I'm 11 weeks pregnant prescribed with progesterone (100mg ) with vomikind(4mg) twice daily.. Today, I had vomikind at 10am, progesterone tab at 11.30am and vomikind at 9.30pm... Later at 12am instead of progesterone,by mistake I had another vomikind ( had progesterone at 12.15am ) Will there be an issue due to increased dose of vomikind for the day ?

I read medical articles which says Ondansetron( vomikind's content) might cause cleft palates or heart defects in babies. Wanted to hear how other perspectives before I talk to our gynaecologist.
