I have BP since 10 years i am 39 years old. I am using telsite 80mg morning and cinod 10mg in the night. Still BP is not coming down can i add dytor plus 5mg in thr morning or not

My mom 59 is having high blood pressure since the time we randomly checked 3 days back. She complains of dizziness every evening for the last 2 months approx so checked her bp 3 days back and it was 180/75. She is on telsite 40 mg tablet , consulted a doctor online who asked to administer the same telsite 40 mg twice daily. Today her blood pressure before taking the evening dose was 138/76. We are not sure of the correct dosing . Can telsite cause the blood pressure to drop too low.?? Should she take 40 mg twice or only once. She has high creatinine, high cholesterol, thyroid issues and diabetes too. The doctor I consulted online prescribed cinod 10 mg along with 40mg telmisartan twice daily. What should she take and what dosing. Please help

My mom is having fever and headache since last evening. Now there is 99.06 of Fever. She's currently having severe headache. Her Blood pressure is high since last night. The picture is attached below. I went to the doctor and they checked her up and told her to take Telsite 40mg again and gave her Duoflam and pantop. I need your reviews what to do? I cant see her suffering with this bad headache. She's not eating much. Shall I give her bananas and dark chocolate? Or any other suggestions. Please let me know. Thank you 🙏

Respected doctor, My mom aged 53, has a high BP of 150/105 today. She had a high bp of 170/120 hence she's experiencing headache and on 2nd,3rd & 4th August with a mild fever on 2nd aug (first day) After which she was doing really great till today. Basically, everyone in my family has shown covid symptoms on the first week of August out of which I had been tested positive. We all have recovered. I'm just worried why after close to a month she's experiencing this High BP. She takes Telsite 40mg after breakfast though. A year back we had done 2D echo which showed Excellent result - Dr said your heart is very healthy. Just want a second opinion, our family dr has told us to take double dose of telsite one in the morning and one in the evening post lunch. Looking for your honest and second opinion on it. My mother suffering from diabetic with hypertension. ..diabetic is known as since 1 year n hypertension is known as about 2/3 years.Her suger level is pf 137 n pp 191 ... still now not use any medication of hyperglycemia but she eaten hypertension medication...is Eritel 40 /Telsite H40. Her age is about 60 years...so I want to get ur valuable advice for my mother to treating her.....

Hi doctor, Since last evening 6pm onwards my mom is having fever and headache I had given her Paracetamol and B complex (becasules). The fever last night was 101.8 but now it has come down to 99.2 She has no dry cough, no loss of taste and smell. At 7am in the morning today I checked her bp which is 173-115 which is high and gave her the regular BP medicine which is Telsite 40mg. She's in bad headache what shall I do? Although the appointment with doctor is at 11am, I'm just worrid and cant see her in pain. She's 53Years though.

Hi doc, My mom 54 YO, is experiencing high BP 150-100 (5PM) and 151-103 (7.30PM) (she ate Papad after which it happened) She's experiencing headache. Our Physician doctor has given Telsar LN 5 in January'21. Before that she used to take Telsite 40 mg from past 2-3 years. Requesting for some suggestions for her issue. Her DIA (lower number) remains on the higher side. Please note: These readings are based on Omron auto BP monitor.
