Hello , I am suffering from a little bit of anxiety due to exam stress and my doctor has prescribed me solopose 0.5 mg tablet I am taking sleep for 4-5 hrs regularly Will this dose cause confusion, drowsiness? Please help

How safe is solopose plus tablet to consume for anxiety? Are there any side effects? If yes, then what can be the side effects? And also can you consume alcohol post 2 hours consuming the tablet?

If you take fixheal and cetrizine together for cold and fever along with solopose and deriphyliin for breathing issue. does it cause any harm

Even after taking solopose and deriphyliin for two days I have the same breathing issue infact when I wake up in the morning it feels little better like I can breathe through nose but once I stuff myself it gets hard to breathe and even feels little but tight in neck and so it continues throughout the day. Please help me understand like what is the issue. Urgent.
