On sertraline for 6 weeks now, 50mg to start and then 100mg. take them at night, am I "sleeping" through the best time it works and benefit from it less during the day? Can I swap to taking it in the morning and feel better than I do or not or does it even matter? (I have insomnia pre starting meds and it continues and take diazapam and hypnosis.

I'm on 100mg sertraline for the last 3 years. My only symptom is dizziness and occasional palpitations. I am on this medication by Dr.Naresh Vadlamani, an excellent doctor . Unfortunately for the last 4 months, the symptoms of dizziness and palpitations are back in occasional intervals and with racing thoughts at the time of entering into sleep. Hi ! I have been diagnosed with anxiety neurosis. I have been affected by it from past year. I have been given dosage of Sertraline 50 mg for 4 weeks by doctor on online consultation. I am seeing calmness. But there is still alot of restless, improper sleep, attention issues , flashbacks, obsessive doubts and also little sweating on palms and pain in joints. I am 33 years old male and have been taking sertraline 10 mg for anxiety and panic attacks from past 4 years. We have a kid of 5 years old. Now we are trying for second baby with no luck. Does sertraline cause any effect on male fertility? Or does it cause any birth defects to the baby? How long should I stop the medicine if we are trying for the baby?
