I am having pain in stomach muscles so can i use systaflam it seem like i have done some muscle exercise

Have a lot of pain between the shoulder and my neck. There is also some swelling. I applied systaflam and thrombophob but not much relief. Also took Ibuprofen and the pain reduces but after sometime comes back. My movement on the left arm is also restricted.

I went to an orthopedic doctor for my elbow injury. He suggested me Muvera 15 tabs and systaflam gel to use for 21 days. After completing the course my whole body covered with widespread rash.. I did not understand what's the reason behind that..those rashes are so itchy.can you help me?

Hi, My wife was advised systaflam gel to be applied on hands since she had pain. After applying it for almost 10 days(both morning and evening) - she is now facing acute skin allergy. Initially it was looking like Hives but later it turned red tight skin layer on the skin. She has burning sensation and even difficulty moving hand.. She has stopped applying the gel but needs a TFCC surgery. How shall we go about the issue

20 days before i met with an accident and minor injury was there in my right leg and shoulder. After that i had done x-ray and it was fine. I continued lysoflam and zerodol sp tablets for one week. Now everything is fine but i feel pain in knee joint while bending after long time standing and vise versa. I am applying Systaflam gel and moov gel daily. But still pain is not clear. What to do for relief ?

My mother was sitting when suddenly the muscle strained (muscle pull) (muscle from right side of hip to toe) and pain started. 2 days later she felt like vomiting due to which the muscle got pulled again due to which the pain now is severe. The ortho has been consulted and has given medicines (tablets - systaflam MR, Gabaneuron 100, Tramadol hydrochloride {ultramed}, Topp 40 )for 3 days but even after 3 days there is not even little bit of relief. I had been roughly diagnosed with having plantar Fasciitis - both legs - since 2019. Past 1 year I haven't been able to do much walking due to constant corns and callouses on both feet. Past 1 week, I have been having a strain on left leg - some kinda nerve pressing - exactly above the arch. Did ice pack and after a day or two heat fomentation. Used systaflam gel and temporary relief was there. Yesterday it started giving burning pain - only on that spot. used a belladonna strip and it feels better now. Since am unable to travel to any doctor I would like to online consult. Questions: 1. Are leg & foot massages fine when there is this nerve strain? It was suggested by a Physio earlier - before the recent pain. 2. What are the physio therapy that are done for plantar fascia? 3. How to manage this on a longer run? Dear Doctor, High BP patient. My Father suffering from Hemiplegia from last 9yrs. He was doing fine till now. Used to walk and climb stairs, but he recently started feeling pain in lower back because of which he can't walk. His right leg won't move properly. He feel difficulty to walk even with the help of stick. He can't even go to washroom. From last 3-4 days he is having difficulty to pee standing he need to sit first than he pee. We done some tests.
