Baby's hand got burnt with bike silenser..what should be applied over the same... There is redness on skin and small watery ulcer

Hi, i got my leg burnt with a bike silenser about 3 days back. The skin has turned black since then over that area. There is no pain but the wound has a transparent liquid over a blister that got popped itself. I clean it with a cotton but it comes again after sometime. Is there anything that i should be concerned about? Should i go visit a doctor?
