My son is 3 years he is suffering from running nose no fever but forehead is little bit heat so I am giving him wikoryl oral suspension but today night I gave him Safepodox dry syrup and wikoryl in minutes gap can I give that two medicines, is any danger to give like that please help me in this regard

I am taking azythromycin, Larigo Ds, safepodox, dolo 50 tablets. I am not having any fever. But doctor suggested these as a precautionary measure. While taking these medicines I did not take any strong food because I am afraid of getting fever. I am using these medicines since 7 days without proper diet. Now the problem is I am getting severe headache. I am worrying about this. Please give me advice. Thanks and regards.

Hello Sir, I am having fever around 102 deg. F from last 4 days. The fever came only at night with body pain. After taking medicine it is going. At day there is no fever come. Please suggest what can I do for this. I have throat infection last 8 or 10 days. I am taking medicines for that. The syrup I am taking is Trusty-BR and tablet is Safepodox CV. I had a very bad cough n cold i m taking antibiotics fr same..safepodox and sinarest..but i have a mouth ulcer at the very back of my throat on posterior pharyngeal wall..its very painful i m unable to swallow as its paining too much even after two days of strting antibiotic..plz suggest some good pain relief for the ulcer...the pain is very bad and radiating to the ear on same side.
