From many days i am suffering from constipation and very very hard stool. It's been three months i am not eating fast food, No refined flour, no refined sugar. I am eating seasonal fruits( apple, bananas and papaya) and seasonal vegetables ( like lauki, tori , karela etc) , drinking 3 litres of water, doing yoga everyday thn why is it happening? Last year i had anal fissure due to constipation and i took medicines and i was fine. Now i am afraid if it come again because that area has become so sensitive after anal fissure. Hi Doctor, I want to discuss about my son is not eating food properly since 3 days no matter how hard we try he is not eating more than 2 spoons and that too we are forcefully eating but my son does not like food.
