My grandfather is under medication for changes in bp From two to three days his feets are swellen His medicines are 1) prazosin hydrochloride gits tablet 2)telpil 40 mg 3) Arkamin 4)febuxostat 40 mg Can it be due to any of these medicines He didn't feel any other problem Please see to it It's request

I have high BP and tachycardia since 2012 . Every test has been and nothing is working out . Specially for tachycardia whenever I take medicines initially it is effective then after days it doesn't have any effect . Currently taking metoprolol 150mg (50mg thrice) , ntp 25mg ,prazosin 5mg, diltiazem 90 Sr, cilnidipine 10mg ,losarton 50 and etc .

The patient,70years,female, is diabetic and hypertensive and currently on ATDs for the past one year for TB Lymphadenopathy. Wanted to know which of the following medicines she is cuurently on can be reduced:-Related to HBP and Heart specifically 1.Telmisartan 40 twice a day 2. Prazosin Hcl 5mg once a day-night 3.Cilnidipine 10 mg twice a day 4.Torsemide 5 mg once a day-morning 5.Nebivolol 5mg once a day-morning also on Insulin ASPART (X-12-10) Thank you

I have been regularly monitoring my mother's BP which shows up low DBP (initially 60s, then 50s and now 40s). She is on multiple medications [telsartan 80H, aspirin 75mg, prazosin 5mg, cilacar 5mg (initially 10mg, reduced 2/2 low dbp but still low), rozavel 20mg, metoprolol 50mg, apixaban 5mg] and has a PMH of htn, ckd III, diastoilic chf and dvt. Her recent Cr is 1.6 with eGFR of 52 and ACR of 246 (moderately increased albuminuria). She is also on renal diet. I am concerned about low dbp and c/o postural hypotension [supine bp: 130/60, sitting up BP: 100/50 (after 3mins) ].

My grandmother,85 yr old,k/c/o HTN,DM,IHD,CKD is on Tab Amlo & Tab Tormesimide 10 mg each OD,Tab Glimy 1 mg OD,Cap Ecosprin 75mg OD,Tab Prazosin OD. Day B4 yesterday,she became drowsy & she went into hypoglycemia. V did sugar testing every 2 hourly Wich came up to 36,43,74 inspite of gvng lots of sugar. She had take all her tablets day B4 yesterday.Yesterday v did sugar testing every 2 hourly with additional sugar,have not given tablet Glimy yesterday...Her reading have progressed to 106,137,193,225.Today we have stopped giving sugars to her,B4 breakfast i.e empty stomach sugar was 100,post breakfast it was 225. B4 lunch it was 126,now we will again do at 4:30. I m a physiotherapist by profession so monitoring everything...Can u please help me & tell me what shud u do?? V stay at Dombivli & none of the doctors are ready to take up the case. Thank you
