At what levels of OCD or Depression or Anxiety is Paxotus 37.5 given? And what happens after taking it?

I have problem of depression n anxiety from 2015.BP shooted up during 2015-2018 to 220/150 wirhout any symptoms.( I just checked for fun). Doctor advised me paxotus 25mg & Etilam 25mg(SOS).Now i ocassionaly consume medicine. But Sonetimes I get really depressed,headache etc. Kindly help

She has been suffering from constant head ache & teeth grinding & vibrations in hands & legs for 5-10 min.everyday frm last 15-20 days .she is a patient of daibities ,thyroid and high bp .she was admit in hospital fr 2 days .now taking prescribed tab which are 1.paxotus plus 12.5 2 ambulax -m.we are not getting what it is plz suggest us

Hello I am currently on my migraine medications which are paxotus 12.5mg morning and evening, tab magrium tab cobaforte cd3 and i was also taking ginkoba biloba. From last 10 days i am feeling fast pulse rate in morning when I wake up and nausea. I have my ecg echo LFT rbs thyroid done and all are normal except the pulse rate was little high. 101.
