Suffering from baldness for the last two years..used Minoxidil and prohair..but no result..pls advise me how to regrow my lost hair.

At first I was suffering from hair loss problem. I consulted with a doctor and prescribed with regaine and prohair. I have continued it near about 4 months I have gained a little amount of hair but I feel scratchy on my head while sleeping at night. Sometimes it makes cut and bleed also. How can I get rid of this?
