She is taking Parasafe 650 twice a day and whenever she takes the medicine the fever goes down but after 6-7hours it comes back. After food she takes CO-SYMOXYL 625 as well. Its has been only 2days since she started taking Co-symoxyl 625 but its been almost 4days since she started taking Parasafe 650.

Had a severe cough and cold. Continuing gurgling, steam and water vapour intaking but no result. Taking Parasafe 650 with Rantac. Any other suggestion will be much appreciated.
