Hi, Can i substitute Ozotel - AMH tablet in place of Telpres - AMH ?  The reason is cost. Any feedback/ suggestions will help me budget myself.

My uncle takes Stamlo T to keep BP in control. But price for 1 strip is quite high (INR 100). I looked up online and found OZOTEL-AM to have an identical composition. And its cost is INR 20 for one strip. My question is: (1) Why such huge cost difference for meds with identical composition... (2) Can my uncle shift to OZOTEL, as it's quite a cost-effective option for us? and (3) Most important, is the composition exactly identical, or am I missing something out here? I am suffering from cold, doctor prescribed me some of the antibiotics simultaneously my bp goes to 150 /100 three times.docter prescribed ozotel h . I am taking medicine from last thee days but reading doesn't goes down.doctor said wait for again two three days I am so scared that to take medicine for life time I am a professor , my weight is 70 kg and hiegh 5.7 ,33 year old no family history of high bp. Please suggest solution also I am doing exercise daily

M y mother 60 yrs old is having high blood pressure 100/155.she had never this problem before.few days ago ,she had acidity and dizziness.then doctor measured blood pressure and the BP was 100/150 and said it may be due to winter and acidity and gave one medicine.she remained fine for 4-5 days.Three days ago ,she felt dizziness and we found her BP 100/150.what may b the reason for this.can winter and acidity may be it's reason.doctor has prescribed ozotel once a day.will the blood pressure be normal by using this medicine.is something to worry.kindly help

I am suffering since 5yrs.before I took vitarespfx and fluticasone nasal spray and antibiotics for 10 days it gave me relief for 8-10months.again the problem started and same treatment given with little change in composition.then I tried homeopathy and Ayurvedic for2yrs.but no relief.now since march20 I am suffering with PND Problem.my right nostril gets block.i was taking Allegra 180 twice for 2 months then allegra m for 1month,levo cetrizen for 1 month now I am taking alaspam am since a,week.and fluticasone nasal spray twice since2months.but not getting relief.pls suggest what medication should I take.i have done PNSxray,CTScan,lungs X ray.doctor says no much problem.i don't know what to do as the problem is hampering my life.pls suggest what treatment should be taken.i have BP and thyroid.i changed BP medicine as told by doctor for 2 months but nothing changed.i am taking ozotel h and metxl
