I have had watery stools 12 times foul smelling with some mild left lower quadrant pain i have taken one tablet loperamide and onoff olfloxacin tablet but no relief please advice

I have loose motion for four days. But it is not uncontrolled. In a day two or three times only. But motion is watery.i don't have stomach pain or fever. I am taking ORS and staying hydrated. My office medical expert told I can take antibiotic ONOFF-OZ and Rantac. Since I am  Trying to conceive I worry taking antibiotics will create any problem. Kindly guide me

Hello Doctor, I had earlier consulted for my ulcerative colitis problem during March, 2017. The infection has re-surfaced and have been having light stomach pain, blood in stool and frequency motion. Have taken OnOff - OZ(1-0-1) and Mesacol OD (1-1-1) since 4 days, however do not see significant improvement.

I am facing a problem with Boil skin called సెగ్గడ్డ [seggadda] at the entrance of buttocks. At the time of stool, I am facing some pain and i having this problem from past three days. From last 1 year I get vertical cut in my penis foreskin & incredible pain in pushing it back, a white wax like material starts forming under the skin, it started after an anal intercourse, medication resolved it, but it repeats very often after sex (vaginal) / after using public toilet (train) / if I miss bath for even 1 day.
