From the last couple of months my wife is having irregular periods, the gynaecologist prescribed Nostra. After eating Nostra my wife is feeling dizzy. Do we continue or stop the medicines?

I had Nostra CR 15 for 7 days, but today it's 4th day of stopping the medicine still I didn't get my periods/withdrawal bleeding.
