I am not able to stay alone.feeling heart pounding and nervies all time .i am to much worry about my health.not going any where without friend.

My B12 is 128. Taking Nervic OD capsule. (Methylcobalamin, Alpha Lipoic ,Benfotiamine,  Peroxide HCL ,Folic acid, &Biotin) Feeling  burnning in thai. Any others treatment is required. Kindly advice. Thanx

I Am Using Corticosteroids So My Bones Affected So What Type Of Cervical Collar Is Best For Me This Is My Question ?

I was bitten by a dog (on calf, slight wound) but then on the same day i was administered with tetanus and vaxirab N. On the 3rd day after that i was given vaxirab n but for my 3rd shot (7th day) i was somewhere else so i was administered with intramuscular one (given in govt. hospital). From the 12th day i am experiencing slight muscle pain and tingling/cold type sensation in both of my feet and sometimes hands though occurring at random time usually when sit cross leged sometimes while sitting on chair. I went to see a doctor who prescribed me with Nervic OD and Nicip md and told me nothing to worry about. Now i want to know whether this could be onset of rabies? I am not suffering from fever nor experiencing any dizziness and there's no redness around the wound area either.

Yesterday night I was taking Nervme-od(nervic-od), b12 medicine as there's a deficiency of vitamin d3 and b12 in my body. It's a capsule form. After then, I feel like I have pill stuck in my throat, or like I m choking or my throat is tight. Because of this, today sometimes i find it difficult breathing or having short breathing. Something heaviness in throat, like stuck something. plz advise. ( No cough/No fever). I am able to speak and eat properly. Even after taking pill yesterday, i was able to sleep properly as well.
