I have went to Gynocologist. She suggested me sachet CYSTOP-OD (Myo inositol 4gm, D chri inositol 100mg, melatonin 3mg, l methyl folate calcium 1mg, vit D3 400IU) . In medical shop they gave me this tablet Nacfil Forte (myo inositol 550mg, d chrio inositol 13.8mg, chromium picolinate 33mcg, fenugreek extract 250mg, vit d3 200IU) . Can i use this tablet instead of sachet? But less quantity of ingredients in it. Does this tablet is not effective because of less ingredients? Which is best to use?

My cousin has PCOD problem. She was advised to take krimson 35 and Nacfil forte. She took the medicines for about 14 days now. She had unprotected sex yesterday. She is afraid she will be pregnant. Pls need advise

Iam experiencing left leg cramps with thick milky white discharge post 3 days of iui. I'm on nacfil, dynogest and glycomet tablets. Is this a sign of upcoming periods? Or because of tablets?

Giddiness cramps and left leg pain after 2 days of iui . Currently on medication tablets glycomet sifene dynogest and nacfil . Kindly suggest what can be the cause . Usually left leg pain will end as periods in my case but still 9 days left for my periods . Kindly suggest what may be the reason and what should be done
