My mother 60 yrs is taking newtel AM tablets 2 times a day for many yrs now. She is having high BP, which came to control after taking this tablet. Is there any chance to discontinue the tablet or she should continue taking it.? She is getting foot swelling recently, i doubt it for the tablet overdose since her bp is in control

My fathers bp was calculated while consulting a doctor and reading were 170/90.. So Newtel AM 40 was prescribed.. After 3 months BP 160/90 when we went to consult ,But this time doctor gave another bp tab newtel AM 20 to be taken at night along with the newtel am 40 which is prescribed for morning. Is it okay to have two bp tabs in one day. Currently other medicines prescribed are t glucobay M25 t attorsave 10 T newz G and thyronom 25mcg

Hi sir/mam as prescribed by the physician my mom has been taking "Metolar-25" And "Newtel beta-25" For her increased blood pressure condition . As she is taking this tablet from past 2-months her blood pressure is not in the normal range is it good to continue with this tablet or she need to change with other tablet.

Hi Doctor, My mom has high blood pressure. she feels like her head is spinning when she looks upwards and when she changes her position while sleeping. I am prescribed to take istamet 50/500 (Metformin Hydrochloride(500Mg) + Sitagliptin(50Mg) twice a day for treating my blood sugar and Newtel CH 40 (Telmisartan (40mg)+ Chlorthalidone (12.5mg) for treating my blood pressure... My Ecg report says pr range is shortened. It's 107ms today ecg report and my echo 2d is 200 GM. I have mild lvh and I take revelol xl 50 and newtel 20. What is the risk of pr being lower than 120 ms. Please guide me should I go for futher tests.

Thyronorm stopped 45 days back as per physician suggestion due to very low TSH and high T4. Since last one week having severe tiredness and muscle pain. BP is 150-140/100. Taking Newtel Beta 25 twice daily for hypertension. TSH tested today and is 7.61 Do i need to approach back physician for restarting Thyroxine.
