Metapro-XL 50mg and Venpress-AM can take both of together either Metapro-XL or Venpress-AM. Please advise?

What is difference between Metpure xl-50 and Metapro -xl 50 for heart disease? Please suggest which is better?

I am taking metapro xl 50 mg prolonged release capsule along with telmasartan 40 mg since 1 month. my main complaint is spikes in bp and sinus tachycardia.. Secondary causes all ruled out .. Do I have to take dem permanently for lifetime? I am only 20... I am feeling better as my heart feels calmed down after taking both meds My doc said if i dont take them heart will damage in some time so take it Plz advise

My Dad is suffering from high BP he is taking medicines even though bp is not coming down. It always shows 160/110. Also, As per Blood test his Chloride n sodium is very low as he reduce salt intake. Further he is doing exercise on daily basis. He has no pain near heart, no sweating, np vomitting, no headche, no dizziness. Plus rate is102. Please guide. He is taking following medicines: 1. Myself Kawaljit kaur I am a regular patient of Dr. Rajiv khanna amritsar I am Suffered from thyroid In my last report thyroid is under control but my HB is 9.3 and uric acid 5.6 cholesterol 218 and Bp is high So through  my last visit I got below  said medicine. My father age 80 yrs is suffering from kidney problem. He's nt eating since 4 months. Only surviving on liquid foods so becoming very weak. Suffering from Also high bp. Lungs liver kidney and heart to not function ing well. Urine and stools are not passing. Endoscopy results are not good found some abnormalities. Kidney problem reached to 4 point. Medicine given by doctors- dytor-10,isosorbride mononitrate,cardipin regard,czopress-co 2.5,metapro-xl 25,idiot 20,omeprazole,plagerine,ciploric 100. He's not eating anything. Plz advice some diet and other precautions.can I give B protein powder pomegranate juice in diet.
