I have tooth pain i have taken magadol tablet 4 hours back but still no relief can i take a combiflam tablet

I get stomach pain during periods ..earlier it used to stay for a day but these days it has become more and there for 2 days during periods.Also, I take magadol tablet during pain Please suggest is it safe to take this tablet or .

Hello sir, im Arghyajyoti,from coochbehar, west bengal. I think my brother have some symptoms of epilepsy, he is 26 year old, and he got these kind of attack since 1 year. he got those kind of attack every one and two months after.he is taking right now MAGADOL tablets medicine suggest by a doctor, from Mumbai, is it safe to take or need to change it??? Please reply asap.. thanks in advance...
