How much BP is dropped by Macsart 40 tablet? Does it make BP very low or it just maintains BP to a normal level?

Sir I am depression patient.i also heart in full test.tmt is negative.ecg is normal.echo is normal.sir what happens doctors will be bp tab in macsart 40.gi me suggesion

She is unable to stand or walk suddenly since this morning. Past few days her bp has been shooting randomly. Goes to 200 and then fluctuates on the higher side. She was on macsart 20mg, we increased the regular dose to macsart 40mg. Giving 2 together as sos when BP shoots. Right now, her body feels drained and she has pain on the right side of her head behind ears. She eats healthy with no sodium or sugar. Bland diet. She is diabetic and in control. BP is not getting uniform, she doesn't feel like standing or walking, and her head hurts. Please help

My mother is having pain while working in tendon Achilles since few months and now her tendon has fibrosed (it feels hard ) and pains at night when she has completed all her work...she is fine in the morning but after whole day's work she gets tired and her legs starts aching. She is 52 yr old hypertensive (taking macsart ch40 ) and hypothyroid patient( taking thyroxine 85mcg).

My father suffered a lacunar infraction in 2022 prior to that he had a ICH in 2014 he was treated for that and eventually recovered from that. Post infraction he has a pelvic drop which is causing difficulty while walking. He can barely walk 200 meters straight after that his body above the waist from the right sight tends to drop downwards. Now he is on Ecosprin gold10 and macsart h. He has been doing excercises and physiotherapy but not much improvement is seen. Looking for suggestions for the further treatment.

I was on medication for hypertension, but since last 1 week I stopped taking medicines(Amlovas 5 & Macsart 40) But today my BP reading is between 140-150/100-106 I am worried as to what can happen due to such high BP as I have read that it can lead to stroke or kidney failure I am really scared as I am only 35.

Hi I have been prescribed by an ayurveda expert H.T. Kot and Tablet Nidrayani and Tablet Abana for my anxiety problem.  I also have hypertension and I am currently taking inderal.la 20 and macsart ch 40. But I think my bp is due to anxiety. Are these medicines suitable for my anxiety or will these lower my BP too much as I am taking allopathy too. I just want medicines for my anxiety. As these have sarpagandha. Please help me with this. I take medicines of high BP. Last year I was taking Telvas AM. It was ok. But during winter my blood pressure increased to much .Due to job my place was changed so visit the doctor nearby. He prescribed me macsart cc. But in few days it didn't work. So he changed it to Nicardia xl twice daily. Taking it for around one and a half months, he found it that my BP was 140/93 so he changed it to Bisozex T. So, I thought to see a good MD physician so that he can prescribe me a medicine which will go long. He did a thorough blood test package, which includes about every test . Then he prescribed me Nebistar 2.5 in morning and Tazloc 40 at night. Does these medicines good . I have a doubt about 2.5 mg will work? He also told to prepare a chart of bp readings for 5 days before prescribing me medicines. Yes also my all reports were normal. Please reply.

Hi Doctor, Gm. Need ur advice. I am 26 yrs/Male with no health issues as such. I was diagnosed with sinus tachycardia (heart rate in 140-150)/hypertension last month. (mainly due to work related stress/anxiety/improper lifestyle). Also have some GI/acidity issues. I have improved my lifestyle now (lost 5-6 Kgs weight), BP is in range of Systolic BP (120-130), Diastolic BP (75-85). My Echo, TMT, ECG reports are all normal. ECG few ectopics were there, doctor told its normal. At first I was on Ciplar LA 20 mg for around 3 weeks, it was working fine, stopped it as one day while visiting doc for GI issues, my DBP was around 100 (150/100). I was on Macsart Beta 40/25 mg for apprx 12 days. After which I was on Tazloc 20 mg/Embetta XR 25 mg for a 1 month. Now I am facing really bad side effects of metoprolol I am unable to sleep properly (hardly sleep 3-4 hrs a day) also feel lethargic and mild dizziness. Want to taper and stop it gradually. Can I take 12.5 mg for few days and stop?
