Hi dr.. im currently 24 weeks pregnant and having fissure pain in anal area after emptying the bowel I get lot of pain and burning sensation and get leg cramps from 2-3 days.. can I use lignox gel 2% for outer application ?are there any side effects pls help

I have anal fissures and its pains alot while passing motion.Is lignox gel along with anovate can be used .I have just under gone cervical cancer treatment.Currently not on any medications.I dnt wan to do any surgery want the same to be treated with medicines or gels please help
