Doctor suggested me to take levofloxacin 500 once a day for urine infection...can I take it at afternoon after meals..? Or it will take at morning..?

Hello, i had fever and sore throat on monday 21st August, so i had taken Azithromycin for two days but there was no cure so i had consulted a physician he prescribed me cefpudoxime 200 mg BD and said that i had sinisitius so take an ent opinion, on the same day i took ent opinion he prescribed me levofloxacin 250mg+ ornidazole, but i forget to mention him about cefpudoxime, now i am taking both these drugs, but after taking levofloxacin i am not getting any sleep at night can i discontinue this drug and taje only cefpudoxime.

I took already both levofloxacin together with augmentin now on the advice of doctors treatment. What to do now? Is it harmful? Should I vomit

I have very low sperm count in Semen Analysis and doctor has prescribed me this medicine along with KQ-300 and C-GEST.
