Recently Answered Questions on Left side discomfort under ribs

No symptoms all test are ok. Except x- ray not good. 3 ribs from bottom side not visible. A thin layer is created around lung. My question is that. This layer can be removed with medicines. I feel discomfort during deep inhaling.

I am male 38.some times I feel discomfort or pain kind of thing near by area of chest. Paid does not occur in chest but near by area mostly on left side near to ribs area even some times I feel discomfort on back side as well. This happens for few seconds and goes off. This pain or discomfort comes from like inside pin point in whole areas. Why this is happening. Is this some thing serious. Plz suggest

Hello Doc, I will brief up about my story. From last 2 - 3 years was suffering from some heaviness , discomfort ness in the upper abdomen (Right below the ribs). It used to go away and come back again. Feeling heaviness , discomfortness some time difficulty in breathing. This went on , now two weeks back, I suffered from sever pain, upon sonography it shows tenderness in epigastrium with excessive gas in abdomen. Now upon treatment its better , but I am again back on heaviness , discomfortness

Hello I have the following symptoms from few days- back and side head pain (dull) right side and feeling of some stretch on back of head on same side. Also have jaw discomfort and pain in rib down breast all on right side only. (The rib pain is from an year or so though, it comes and goes and sometimes become more noticeable.) I have had similar symptoms last year as well and doctor suggested it was anxiety related and gave me anti depressant for a few months. I am not taking the medicines from March and now I am again feeling pain. Are all these things only anxiety related? Really worried if something serious as it is pain in the head. Please suggest what I can do.

In july I have done abd ultrasound due discomfort n tinging in upper abdomen in which I have diagnose with Splenomegaly and fatty liver at that time I was not feeling pain in my left ribs or side..but after knowing Splenomegaly I start feeling pain near rib which travel to shoulder n back sometimes whole left area but it comes n go...in dec I again did ultrasound in which my liver n spleen size come down due to diet 14.5...but this left side discomfort gradually increasing ...I have seen general physician,surgeon but they said loose weight...never advice medicine...I ok with mt urine,stool,hunger...still feel little burn,pain n discomfort...I was taking antidepressent 2 years earlier..Plz help me n advice me 🙏🏽

Since yesterday around 8am, I started feeling a sharp pain in my chest.. (right side, upper chest near ribs, maybe just below ribs). Sometimes it would be very sharp and made a stabbing feeling when I would breathe. The sharp cramp like pains came and went all day today. I feel sharp pains around 3-5 times a day, otherwise I just feel discomfort

Dull intermittent pain on both sides of navel , just below ribs cages , I can press & feel the pain , its kind of tingling sensation & some discomfort , I can't discribe exactly . it could be bone also , after eating its getting worse , some times feel better moving here & there , plz help me with this .

My friend (male-29yrs) is having pain in his chest from 13th july morning but he doesn't have any numbness or dizziness or discomfort, only having pain which not continuously occurring and it will become less when he laid down on bed. Iam suffering gas problem from 2 months iam on medication rastik dsr once and 7 la suspension syrup it was not causing gases but again recently the issue started again discomfort in chest,rib cage and passing out gases though iam taking medicines daily...why it is not curing permanently how much time does it take...
