I was taking lefno, which i have stopped taking 45 days ago. Now i am pregnant. can i go ahead with this pregnancy as this pregnancy is precious for us. I have gone through multiple miscarriages and one still birth. I have diabetes, Hypertension, Thyroid also.

My ankolysing slondlytis was mild and was almost under control by exercise and mild dose of saazo.But 15 days before it became somewhat sever and stiffness and pain occurred in side joints of hip. Now doctor has advised to take lefno 20 mg 5 tablets at atime(means 100) mg for three days then 20mg for 7 days with some other medicines.Please tell wheather lefno dose of 100 mg is safe? My mother is having sero Negative Rheumatoid arthritis also she is having osteoarthritis Grade 3 in both knees recently she take steroid injection in her knee for pain, from last month she is complaining that she doesn't feel any taste even any cooked meal she doesn't want to eat.. My mother is suffering from arthritis high BP and thyroid. Embeta tm 25 is prescribed for high BP. Calgcal and lefno 20 is prescribed for arthritis. And thyronorm 50 is prescribed for thyroid. However from last 1 month pain in chest and continuous burps have been complained by her. Stress echo report is negative which is tested last month. What further we have to do if none medicine is working??
