My sis has Typhoid and in the hospital she is being larinate and cefitriaxone injections will it work as she is getting the fever about two times in a day since last 2 days

Sir, i am 20 years old and I have been diagnosed typhoid and malaria 2 weeks before and when the medication starts that are larinate and xone xp inj and ofloxacin tab since then there is some weakness that makes the erection weak and there are some time no desire to sex i am recovering and being healthy how will i become normal, before i was fine and healthy but now its just reverse is it becoz of typhoid or something else
