I am type 2dm patient, i am taking human actrapid,and insulatard, is it good to take insulin after meal.. pls advice me..

I am type2 diabetes patient, Having insulin(Human Actrapid,Human Insulatard),I found stomach pain, and gastric problem,i went to doctor, he said its symptoms of stomach ulcer.. and given (pantaprazole) Tablet. After having this tablet in empty stomach. I feel very weak and tired, and after having insulin B4 food(Actrapid,Insulatard)  i am having heavy pain in stomach, B4 and all no pain problem persits after having insulin. But now its paining. I am really scared, about this. Pls help me out of this..

My mother is diagnosed with Membranous Nephropathy and she is taking Cell cept 500 since 45days. Insulin dependent-actrapid and insulatard. Glycomet SR 500 Ramipril 5mg Ecosprin AV 75/20. And now she is complaining of intense pain on back side of knee..She had met with bike accident 4years back... I am worried because she is already consuming immunosuppressant..and upon all these drugs can she take any pain killers for knee pain when the doctor prescribes?? Don't know whether to take her to any doctor or not. Please guide me!!
