I am 67years old man with no other problem except hypertension on tab Alkem 20 one daily.last few days I am experiencing dizziness and imbalance while getting up in the morning.yesterday after a long drive and heat this dizziness was more. I consulted a doc who prescribed Sompras, checked bp 140/90,sugar and other parameters normal.Multivitamins also prescribed.

I have Red circle patches with itching on inner thighs, on both left and right thighs. It is very uncomfortable and so itchy. It cover about 3-4 inch area in inner thigh. I have taken fluconazole 150mg for 10 days and use dermikem skin cream(brand - alkem). Skin cream not working well, but fluconazole help me Little bit. How can I cure it. Please suggest me.

There is a burning sensation at my feet sole and a sense of weakness around my knees my weight is 97 kg is age 37 I visited a doctor he advise you blood test and X-rays of my knee and back test reports reveal acute deficiency of Vitamin D and lower level of vitamin B12 doctor advised 2 inject inject medicine into the knees to promote better mobility and flexibility ,pls suggest whether these inj are safe   ? A permanent  solution . He also advise to take medicine for a month please check the prescription advise accordingly I just want to reconfirm. also need better substitute of the  medicine prescribed (by a prominent  manufacturer).i.e alkem , pfizer , sunpharma , divis , etc
