I have pain in lower left abdomen only when i stand up from lying position and change my side while lying down...it feel like strech..no pain while walking or in any other position..only feel pain when that area is streched..m taking febucip for uric acid.

Hello Doctor, I am suffering with hyperuricemia for last 2 years. I was consulting one doctor for last one year and finally he said after trying combination of febucip dosages that this seems to be inborn metabolic disorder and can't be cured. My serum uric acid fasting remains between 6-6.5 after taking dietary precautions. Please guide me.

Hello Doctor, I am suffering from urticaria for last 6 months. First episode occurred when I was on 120mg dosage of febucip along with curzest. I am suffering with high uric acid levels and therefore on low protein diet. I have consulted with dermatologist and taking dyslor 5 mg daily. While taking Medicine its fine. Apart from that my ESR and SGPT levels are slightly on higher side. Kindly suggest !!

Hi, I am 45 years old male, suffering from Cerebral Palsy spasticity since child hood has muscular weakness & fatigue & lower back , joint pain issue In June 2022 on investigation my uric acid level was 7.4 after that I am taking Febucip 40 once daily now on repeat test currently uric level is 5.7 . I wants to know whether I continue take medicine or not ? Pls advice . Thanks

Hi, I had Covid positive one month back, on investigation was done on 7th day my CRP 15.90 And Di Dimer-317 , But still having pain in joints & muscle stiffness resulting pain. Wanted to know is due to my existing problem of Cerebral Palsy, Spasticity or because of elevated CRP level? Presently taking Multi Vitamins, Etoshine mr / baclofen 10 & febucip 40 when required Pls advice now I need to take any medicine for crp or start Ecosprin etc ?

Its been around 2 years when I was diagnosed with kidney stone which later after taking treatment from Dr. Gaurang Shah, kidney stones got cleared as per sonography report. However I am still suffering with frequent urination with  light burning sensation and lower back pain. after testing uroflow Dr. Aleem Siddiqui has prescribed Cap.Urimax 0.4mg one per day for life time and Dr. Gaurang Shah has prescribed tab Febucip 40 one per day and for back pain Dr. Sachin Amin has prescribed tab Paracip one to two per day. kindly advice? Currently I am taking medicine Urimax 0.4mg prescribed  Consulted to Dr. Gaurang Shah and Dr. Aleem Siddiqui who prescribed Urimax 0.4mg one capsule per day and Febucip 40 to regulate Uric acid in body. Fubicep 40 one tab. per day

I am a cerebral palsy problem last month having severe joint pain my uric acid level was 8 Dr Given me febucip 40 for 2 weeks on repeat test my level is 5.3 I wanted to know why my uric acid level increased when I stopped medication and should I need to take medicine regularly? I am vegetarian occasionally takes Eggs I don't take alcohol or smoke . Please advice.

Sir, For my Cerebral Palsy , spasticity condition I am on Myoril 4 mg & Baclofen od 20 mg And recently for rigidness , stiffness issues Neurologist started Amantrel 100 mg OD But I facing constipation problem ever since taking Amantrel medicine Does this medicine cause Constipation ? Pls advice I need to change or modify the medication ? Secondly I am taking febucip 40 mg on alternate days my last month uric acid level is 5.8 Should I need to continue the medicine with same dosage or not? Pls advice. Thanks in advance!

I am Suffering from Cerebral Palsy Spasticity since birth for last few years I am experiencing more spasticity, muscular weakness and fatigue causing spasm, pain and stiffness in Neck, Knee , Ankle and lower back area. On investigation - My x rays shows Neck and Lumbar spondylosis Reduced disc space at C3-C4 to C5-C6 level And reduced Disc space at L5-S1 level Knee X-ray Rt Tibio- Femoral Joint- Mild reduced joint space in Medial compartment ( Degenerative Change) My Calcium - 9.5 and Vit D - 51 and Uric acid is 7.2 I am taking physiotherapy 3-4 days in a week , VitD 60k weekly dose and febucip 40 daily also takes Zerodol MR and Synaptol 100 when required but after doing all these I got relief temporarily , short time period. Kindly advice suitable medication and treatment regarding my problem? Thanks in advance
