Neural forminal narrowing

Hello ! I had a MRI in 2015 which showed mild neural forminal narrowing at L4-L5 and also diffused disc bulge at this level .That time i had severe back ache and pain going to leg .I took physio i got better with time ...and all symptoms disappeared . Now after 8 years i suddenly started having feet burning in both feets after taking physio for ACL injury . I am on pregaba M75 since 3 days and burning in both feet is still there  . Kindly tell me how it will go ...i dont have back pain or leg pain only severe burning under feet .

Pain in neck and head

Sir this is siddhartha... I have pain in head since 2 months and pain in neck from last 15 days. I have done MRI. In report 1.strainghting of cervical spine noted 2.Focal forminal disc protrusion is noted on right side at C3-4 level abutting the right traversing nerve root Sir please explain me what is the prb n how much time it will take to cure.
