Couldnt sleep at nyt since a long tym...So today a doc prescribed me few meds of which one is etirest .5mg..before going to bed i took one tab...n again after 3 hours i was awake...so can i take one more tab?

My period was due on 31st October, I started having cramps since 29th October and there is still no sign of period. Cramps are very unbearable and I've been using cyclopam for relief which honestly doesn't make any difference. I was wondering if I could take some sedatives and sleep through the night for once instead of waking up in pain again and again. Can the tablet etirest be combined with cyclopam ?

Hi. I have been taking anxiety and stress medicines for past 6 yrs now. I take etirest 0.5mg twice daily, divaa od 500 twice daily and amixide h once before sleep. Now i have started feeling some kind of addiction. I face accute anxiety and restlessness when i dont take medicine. Pls suggest what shud i do.

I am a student . currently preparing for gate 2017. a few says back i took sever tension for that and suffered from that. i have recovered friom that but my anxiety and fear of exam is not gone. i am not able to sleep at night . though i have started taking etirest tablet still i dont get sleep.

I'm bipolar for past 12 months first I used to take medication such as qutipin 50 zolcalm 10 luracidone ,fluroxine. And ect for nearly 8months but I was still having major episodes and uncontrolled jerking movement and vigorous screaming but than I changed my doc he started with valporin 500,sulpitac 100 ,etirest 5and deviniz 100 than after 2-4 months he gradually decreased my medication to valporin 500 and sulpitac 100 but after taking this combination for more than 2months i feel I'm going in a depressive mood and can't do my household work nor I can do anything and my jerking movement of legs has started again and I think I may have a episode again what should I do

Hello. I've been diagnosed with Depression, and have been prescribed medication for the same. I now take Daxid (50mg) & Etirest (0.5mg) on a daily basis. Earlier I used to get panic attacks on a daily basis. After I've started the medication, they've reduced but still haven't completely gone away. It's been 3 months now. Lately, for a couple of weeks now, I'm having terrible mood swings, frightful nightmares, and often wake up in the night & can't go back to sleep again. As a result of which am always tired, anxious, irritated, and worried. Lately, my father's death, followed by my grandfather's death have started to haunt me daily, and I've no coping mechanism for the same. Kindly help. Thanks in advance!
