Im using medicines for anxeity Escipra and lonzaap But tell me some tips to control anxeity And while anxeity what to do ?

I HV been using escipra 30 mg for anxiety as prescribed by the doctor! But everyone is saying i HV been using a big dosage! Is there any side effects of using such dose!

Hello sir/mam My mother has been taking psychiatric medications for 20+ years. she is taking Riscon LS loricon 1 clonam 0.25 in the night for the past few years. Recently we moved on to a different City and so we consulted a psychiatrist nearby she assessed my mom and changed tablets to clonam 0.25 night escipra 5 in the morning. I'm worried if she will face any withdrawal symptoms because of this change. Any advice on this would be really helpful. Thanks in advance.

Iam suffering from anxeity panic attackts now im using escipra 10mg lonazeep o.25 mg .. I hv been having anxeity since 1 year i used to take medince for 6 months after i stopped ... again startd my problm but only mental symtoms befre i used to have physical symptoms now iam only having while thinking muscle pain chest pain thats all . I'm currently under medication for depression. I was on escipra earlier then I used cipralex as well along with restyl in the beginning which was later replaced by melzap. I've been on several antipsychotic drugs including fluanxol, lobazam, mirtaz etc. Currently I'm on mirtaz and melzap. I have issues with my sleep as well. I really fear a lot especially when I sleep even the slightest of sounds make me shiver, my body starts to sweat, heart starts thumping. I become restless for quite sometime. Even the sound of msg tone on mobile kind of wakes me up. And seriously I'm very distrubed with these issues. I'm currently undertaking treatment for the same and was asked to take melzap 0.5mg  for the same every night. I also tend to make minor cuts on my body just to relive some stress, I seriously cannot bear the mental pain so these minor cuts at times divert my mind to that Phsycial pain so it kind of distracts my mental agony at times. Melzap and mirtaz are enough ??
