Last time we took 6 cartridge of Eglucent 25mix. But now doctor has changed the insulin. Can we get it exchange with Novarapid? Thanks.

Taking insulin 3 ,eglucent 8 unit  times and vogli 0.3 mg 3 times And before breakfast sugar level is on 170 to 200 range.instead of insulin injections tablet can be recommended and which one ?
