Suffering from fever along with loose motion (20 times in last 24 hours with nothing excreting but water) due to this there is pain in whole body. Doctor prescribed medicine which are as follows 1. Drotin (drotaverine hydrochloride tablets) 2. Neopride total 3. Ofncy-OZ ( Ofloxacin and ornidazole tablets) 4. VSL#3 But in 24 hours no relief. Kindly suggest

Previously I had light black stool that after medication stops but pain still continues its around 20 days. Previous medicines : • Pantoprazole Gastro-resistant & Domperidome Prolonged-release capsule I.P. • Lactic Acid Bacillus • Ofloxacin & Ornidazole • Drotaverine ( 40 mg tab ) Currently taking medicines : Razo d & mebeverine hydrochloride 135 mg chlordiazepoxide 5 mg ( for 5 days now finished) Kindly tell it's normal or not & tell regarding stomach pain. Cbc, Lft & usg abdomen report normal

Since last 4 week having pain in abdomen->5 times severe pain happened->injections gives for relieve. On movement  the pain is recurring. Detected pancritices,by local doctor. Work in construction site. Require to perform duty 9am-7pm. Undergoing treatment locally at jammu. Administered daily:1)pantoprazole 40mg+demperidone10mgx2 times.(2)Cefixime 200mgx2times. (3)drotaverine hydrochloride 80mg+mefenamic acid 250mgx2times. Diabetic since last 6 yrs. Take glimepride 2mgx2times daily; suger under control. Got leave for 7 days only. In rest and diate controlled but Still experiencing the problems. Questions: 1)Do i need further medical attention, if yes then please suggest where? 2)May i join duty after 7 days (15.04.17)? 3)What precautions should i take and for how many days?
