Pls give tablets of headache, cough and cold,pls give me medicine, last two i have suffer,i take dio 1

I am taking L dio-1 m since last year. Before that I was taking L Dio-1 since 16 years. I just want to know it's side effects on my body. When I don't take it I have itching on my body and in mouth (on upper jaw) and also feel short breatheness.

Took a treatment from last 1 year .. But not any improvement..Very troubling please suggest any treatment. and permenat solution

85 yr, old female , known HTN and diabetic since 10 yrs and on medication . Complaining fever since 1 and half day , on and off. Chills since yesterday occasional, vomiting 1 episode after taking medicine. Paramedical staff had given Gentamycin yesterday for time being and advised investigations.MP - Negative.. WIDAL : Positive. S. Typhi 0 : 1:80 S. Typhi H :1:80 S. Paratyphi : <1:20 But report says widal positive. Is widal positive with this titres??(  both  1:80) can u plz xplain and Plz confirm this

My current 26.oct.17 s.typhi O is 1:320 dios and H is 1:260. My previous about 11 months back s.typhi O is 1:160 and H is 1:80. How severe my Typhoid is? Appreciate reply as soon as possible.
