I m 6wks pregnant...... I have Accidently taken 2 tabs of desloratidine.... .. Is it safe in pregnancy

My ear feels so hot and red and itching. I have been taking Desloratidine tablets for a day. But the ear still feels so hot. Please suggest a method to cure. Thank you

I have DNS and my turbunate is enlarged. Can I take Montelukast (10 mg) + Desloratidine (5 mg) for 2 months regularly? How Jal Neti is useful in this. Thanks

I am a 3rdyear MBBS student.yeaterday I drink 2 glass of cold drinks.after few hours later redness ocurs in my throat..and tonsil very mild enlarged.so I took Tab.azithromycin 500 mg 1 tab OD Hs × 5 days .and took Tab.Mondeslor (montelukast and desloratidine) at night.but today after ENT class I  feel cold and temperature was 101 degree f.so I take Tab.parsafe 650 mg .but 4 hours later fever not reduced.what can I do now sir please tell me..fever remains same condition?.

Hi Doc, There are a lot of rings forming on my arms and legs, they seems to be itching now. I was advised to take the following medicines which I've been taking for three weeks now. Recently i am facing chronic dyspnea. its for the last 6 month. my s ige 201. spirometry, cbc, peranasal sinositis all report r okk.i am prescribed with montelucast 10,desloratidine 5 mg,a nasal spray. montelucast i dropped for 20 days,now there is heaviness in upper abdomen throughout the day.it makes me feel so discomfort. what can i do.is it anything about asthma,copd or others? i stopped smoking for the last 6 months.it was for 10 years back from my early age.
