My baby frequently passing watery stools.local doctor prescribed Colistop oral suspension and Domstal oral drops.Are these medicines are safe or not?

3 months old baby is doing greenish watery potty from last 7 days, My ped said nothibg to worry n given Colistop +entrogemina oral suspension Still he is doing watery potty

6 month old baby is having loose motions from last 10 days. Previous doc prescribed colistop syrup and enterogermin for 5 days and the loose motion subsided. After the completion of the medication from next day the baby is having loose motion and this time doc prescribed her O2 suspension 4 ml twice daily. Day before yesterday the O2 suspension is started. Yesterday the baby had green watery motion thrice and today she had two green watery motion. Baby has no fever and is active. Pls suggest what could be the reason for loose motion and green stools. Stool analysis showed mucus and pus cell and stool culture report is normal.

6 mnth baby having loose motions since 10 days. previously doc prescribed enterogermin and colistop syrup 2 ml thrice daily for 5 days. after the completion of med the baby again has loose motion, so doc prescribed O2 syrup 4 ml twice daily for 5 days. baby has 5 doses, stool frequency has reduced to 3 to 4 timesbut now the stool is green in colour. her stool analysis showed pus cell and muscus and stool reduced substance test is positive. stool culture test is normal.
