Hi, my wife is feeling bit dizziness during her office hours lately.. She is already taking multi vitamins and iron tablets due to her hair fall. We consulted another doctor who had recommended cinzan, vertin, rentac, nuroday and cobadex. Her BP was normal and she is not diabetic. Requesting views on possible reasons.

Hi Doctors, I have been suffering from Balance issues since 2 months and I have consulted ENT and he performed an X Ray of my Cervical Spine and told that in my cervical region there one bone pressing on other so there's a reduced blood flow to the ear which is causing balance issues. He gave me CINZAN 25mg tablets and if I take that tablet I'll be ok for 24 hrs and after the power reduced I'll have some balance issue and it worsens if I walk or bend my head and I also have ear fullness sometimes. I'm humbly requesting you to give me a permanent solution as it is effecting my daily routine very badly . Due to CINZAN 25mg I'm putting on weight. Attaching X RAY. Thanks and Regards.

Hi Doctors, I'm having balance issues since a month and I consulted a general physician and ENT ,ENT doctor said that there's increased pressure inner ear and gave me CINZAN 25mg tablets so if I use I'm ok for 24 hours and after 24 hours I am having slight symptoms I have been using this for 20 days. I m suffering from vertigo from last 2 years. I hv tried several prescription n tablets too. I hv taken sturgeon, vertin, vertistar, cinzan,vertigone etc...But it's work only once....If again vertigo occurs not a single tablet works and stops vertigo......Nw I m suffering from it severely.....And I m fed up too of this......Please suggest something which gives me relief permanently....please

My Grandma's age is 75. She is having a sense of vomit, but nothing comes out while vomiting. Having indigestion. We consulted a doctor, he gave her some medicine as described: Rabicip 20 Gastica-Fiz Equilibrium Mucaine An another doctor describes Stemtil MD Cinzan 25 Along with these we gave her alprax, so that she sleep and have rest. She is feeling drowsy and not sleeping. Please suggest me

(Dec) I got dizziness while sleeping, post a month(Jan)severe head spinning while lying for 2 days,took cinzan DT 25 and visited ENT as ear paining.got hearing test( was normal) did jaw scan(result-LT 21.3%, RT 78.7%) given upper n lower teeth plates to wear and medicines restyl(0.25) and ultracet twice a day for 5 days.i was better.On 17th July again slight head spinning while lying and sometimes more while lying on left side.my left ear paining a lot and some teeth on the lower jaw towards end.Took cinzan on my own at noon and brufen 400 at night and next morning.Didnt hv dizziness in the morning but tremendous ear pain.went to a GP as confused whether to go to ENT or GP. He gave medicines from clinic for ear pain and cold and anitibiotic and some medicines for vertigo. Vertistar md 16 Stemetil md Azilab 500 I am confused n scared.Dont know what should I get treated for.i have cavities, wisdom tooth, ear pain,dizziness.pls advise.cant afford so many expenses.genuinely what to do

What kind of problem it is? Can I get any solution for this as I'm a working professional this is interfering with my productivity at work and irritating me. Attaching the X Ray report.
