I got fever very mild few days back and home treated with crocin, cetrizet and combiflam as per need. Don't have fever now but left ear seems closed. What to do? Any ear drops?

Respected sir, I am suffering from fungal ringworm infection from 1 year,i did consultant dermatologist and used EbernetM, itraconazole, Cetrizet, Zo, but do not get relief till today, This infection is spreading again n again over all part. Sir, I am requesting to you kindly plz help me and suggest to me best medicine for cure this fungal infection. I need your help. Thanks n Regard Devesh
