I want to ask u that is bestova medicine let a women conceive within a first month of use?

I missed my periods thus month.. I went to gynic n she gave me bestova 50 tabs... After having dat medicine i got my periods nbleeding heavily... Wat would be the reason..

I used CoeDHEA Plus, Bestova 100 & Z Q 10 for egg growth as prescribed by doctor and on 7th day Dr prescribed 75IU for egg growth. I am generally on my regular periods 28day cycle. After taking the injection I ovulated on May 9th 2017 (early than the regular) & 2 eggs released. My doctor prescribed me to use Susten 200 from 11th May - 29th May.

(used:CoeDHEA Plus, Bestova 100 & Z Q 10 & 75IU injection for egg growth) After using Susten tablets for 18 days (from 11 - 29 May) my period which should start on 26th May is delayed and from 31st May - 4th Jun i had brown discharge and clots appeared two times and the pregnancy test came negative. No early preg symptoms. when can I test again

Hi sir/mam,iam suffering with pcod but trying to conceive. 3 months back im under medication for 4 months.prescribd for smartova,bestova and ovashield for 3 months.4 th month i got severe urine burning sensation consulted doctr and use diff medicines but no use not this prob gone completly..pls help me how to conceive
