Pain killer for stone and advise

Sonography report says  kidney - appears normal in size,shape and echo pattern with maintained cortico-Medullary differentiation. A3 mm sized calculus is seen in middle pol calyx. A 8-9 mm lower ureteric calculus is seen 4-5 cm away from vesico ureteric junction with resultant mild hydronephrosis and proximal hydroureter. Urinary bladder : is optimally distended and appears normal with normal wall thickness. No obvious mobile vesical calculus or mass lesion seen. Just to add i have my right leg fracture from 6 weeks and been sitting home with Plaster. I got in to pain on Sunday night and being on painkillers till date. Yesterday afternoon the sonography was done and since then no pain today morning till i went to latrine. I had taken Novoflam SP on Sunday night til Tuesday morning then took Asonac - 100. Please revert in case of any further information required.
