My wife is 18weeks pregnant and after TIFFA scan feotus is having cytis in kidney and AMI index 2.8 very less, hve been taking Argin powder to increase AMI after 10days still the AMI index is same. If this continues for 15days Docter had suggested for termination of pregnancy. Kindly help

I took a plan b on Sept. 29th and November the 8th. My period was a little early and was light light. It lasted from Nov 13-18. I had my second period Dec 17- 21. Hello doctor, me and my wife are planning for pregnancy and we met with gynaecologist who suggested for FSH AMH LH and thyroid . Attached is the report . Test is done on day 5 of cycle. Prolactin is 42 and total thyroid is 5 which are on higher side . AMH level is 0.43 but reference value shows it's in range for age 32 but when I looked up for standard values it showed above 1 . I am confused on this so there is any problem for my wife conceiving naturally. Kindly advice
