Can 40 mg of atorvastatin for 5 days to lower triglycerides and VLDL level. Then stop the medication

My doctor prescribed atorvastatin 10mg last year and my cholesterol levels have significantly improved. My doctor has suggested me to take it regularly. But since last few weeks I am having bloating, breathlessness and flatulence after eating. There is no abdominal pain but a discomfort persists. Can 10mg of atorvastatin daily damage my liver? I also want to tell that I am under treatment for anxiety and in January my dosage was changed from Nexito Plus to Nexito LS. Kindly give me advice.

I am 35 years male. I am not over weight. Under weight 65kg and 180cm height. I had mild stomach pain 2 years back and i diagnosed Grade 1 fatty liver. My liver function blood test was normal.  Doctor said everything normal and nothing to worry and didn't prescribe any medication. Now I've tested high cholesterol. As per doctor advice i take Atorvastatin (10mg). Is it fine to  Atorvastatin (10mg) since I've grade 1 fatty liver.? What should I do now. Please help

In last feb when my fasting sugar 152 and total cholesterol 226 due do lokdown doctor advised continue the dose 1 time daily. My mom is taking clopidogrel 75 mg with atorvastatin 10 mg now. Before she was taking aspirin 75mg with atorvastatin 10 mg. Is that ok? Both clopidogrel and aspirin will give same effects?
