Scrotum skin white pus

Asked for Male, 25 Years

I am 25 years old my scrotum skin got infection like white pus and I use (clobetasol propionate and neomycian sulphate)propygenta nf cream for last several months and it's feel like cure but after some days problem again continuous now scrotum skin feel like sticky with a small pain on skin and when we rub skin with fingure surface of skin came like dirt and skin became thinner.
