I consulted Paediatric surgeon for my newborn son having scrotal hypospadias with severe chordee. Doctor recommends for chordee repair at six month and utheral correction at one year but according to doctor the fistula/obstruction will certainty come and it will go up to min 3 surgeries. First operation for correction of chordee should be at 1 year of Age followed by formation of tube(urethroplasty) after 6 months of 1st operation.
If some minor problem like fistula occurred ( chances- 10%) , third operation may be required 6 months after.
