If i have scrotal eczema groin area can i do sex without protection or not.. Give me suggestion no itching only showing on scrotum

If it is eczema then there is no need of using protection due to it.a detiled history would be necessary for making a correct diagnosis.please share the same on my personal online consult for further management.
